  1. Typing the name of a program without a file name or DATA file results in a
  2. help screen that identifies the required data file and the structure of the
  3. DATA file.

  5. All numbers in the data files must be left justified.  The default values
  6. in the DATA files were:
  7.  
  8. 80         for an eighty character display
  9. 15         numbers 0 to 15, 15 for white text
  10. *          numbers from 0 to 7 for a variety of backgrounds
  11. 100        for an 100 millisecond character delay
  12. 0          requires user to press a key to continue
  13. 176        uses a open box character: ░ for moving bar (not required in
  14.            SHOW1.EXE)*

  16. * Depending on the BIOS in your computer system you may have to execute
  17. GRAFTABL.COM, a DOS utility by typing GRAFTABL<-' to get the character 176
  18. to display as a box using dots (░).
